As FMS Auto Performance, our automotive repair services include trouble shooting, maintenance, andrepairs as deemed necessary by our experienced technicians. We strive to accurately diagnose and address issues with your vehicle to the best of our ability.
While we make every effort to provide high-quality repair services, we cannot guarantee that all issues with your vehicle will be fully resolved or that no further issues will arise. We shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred as a result of any defects or failures in the repair work performed,including but not limited to consequential damages or loss of use of the vehicle.
We provide a limited warranty on parts and labor for a specified period following the completion of there pair work. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.
However, it does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or neglect of the vehicle.It is the customer's responsibility to inform us of any pre-existing issues with the vehicle and to provide accurate information regarding the vehicle's history, maintenance, and usage. Failure to do so may affect our ability to diagnose and repair the vehicle effectively.
This disclaimer does not affect any statutory rights that may apply under applicable consumer protection laws. Additionally, it does not limit or exclude any liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation
