Customers are responsible for ensuring products are installed correctly and according to the manufacturer's instructions.

FMS Auto Performance is not responsible for damage resulting from:

11. Title and Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer when the order is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Customers should inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery.

 

12. Returns & Refunds
