FMS Auto Performance complies with all applicable federal, state, and manufacturer-imposed sales restrictions.

Certain performance products, including but not limited to intakes, exhaust systems, tuning devices, and emissions-related components, may not be legal for sale, shipment, or use within the State of California.

​

Products may be restricted for one or more of the following reasons:

• Lack of CARB EO (Executive Order) certification
• Intended for off-road or competition use only
• Manufacturer-imposed distribution restrictions
• California Air Resources Board regulations

If a product is restricted:

• Orders with a California billing or shipping address will not be fulfilled
• The order may be canceled and refunded
• We may contact you for clarification before cancellation

Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with local and state laws before purchasing and installing aftermarket performance parts.

FMS Auto Performance is not responsible for improper installation, misuse, or violations of local emissions laws.
