California Vehicle Emissions Compliance

California maintains some of the nation's strictest vehicle emissions regulations through the California Air Resources Board (CARB).

Certain aftermarket performance products sold by FMS Auto Performance may be intended for:

• Competition use

• Closed-course racing

• Off-road use only

These products may not be legal for installation or use on pollution-controlled vehicles operated on public roads within California.

Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is legal for use on their vehicle before purchasing or installing it.

 

CARB Executive Order (EO) Numbers

Some products may have a CARB Executive Order (EO) Number, which allows them to be legally installed on specific California vehicles.

When applicable:

• The EO Number will typically be identified in the product description or manufacturer documentation.

• Products without a CARB Executive Order may not be legal for street use in California.

Customers should verify that a product's EO Number applies to their exact vehicle and engine combination.

 

Restricted Products

Due to California regulations and manufacturer policies, certain products cannot be sold or shipped to California.

If an order is placed for a restricted product:

• The order may be canceled before shipment.

• Payment, if already collected, will be refunded to the original payment method.

• FMS Auto Performance may contact the customer to discuss alternative products when available.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that violates applicable California laws or manufacturer sales restrictions.

 

California Proposition 65 Warning
