By placing an order with FMS Auto Performance, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please review this policy carefully before purchasing.
ALL SALES TERMS

Orders are processed once payment is received.

Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to inventory issues, supplier restrictions, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Returns are accepted only if all conditions are met:

Return request submitted within 14 days of delivery

Item is unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

All original hardware, manuals, and accessories included

A Return Authorization (RA) is issued prior to return
Returns sent without authorization will be refused.
NON-RETURNABLE / FINAL SALE ITEMS
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

Special order or custom products

Electrical components (including sensors, tuners, wiring, ECUs)

Clearance, discontinued, or closeout items

Installed, test-fitted, or damaged products
-
Items returned with missing components or packaging
RESTOCKING FEES
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%, depending on the product and supplier requirements.
Restocking fees cover inspection, repackaging, and supplier return costs.
REFUNDS

Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval

Refunds are processed to the original payment method

Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Processing time: 5–10 business days after inspection

SHIPPING ERRORS & DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

FITMENT RESPONSIBILITY
Vehicle compatibility, emissions compliance, and legal use are the customer’s responsibility.
Incorrect purchases due to:

Vehicle year, trim, or modification differences

Emissions or CARB restrictions
do not qualify for free returns or refunds.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled only before shipment

Special order items cannot be canceled once placed

Once an order has shipped, it is subject to standard return rules
REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Orders refused or returned due to incorrect address, failed delivery, or refusal may:

CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting FMS Auto Performance violates this policy.
We reserve the right to:

Contest chargebacks with order and delivery documentation

Recover costs related to fraudulent disputes

Restrict or ban future purchases
CALIFORNIA CONSUMER NOTICE

• A full refund will be issued to the original payment method
