ORDER PROCESSING

• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

• Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

• Some products are fulfilled directly from manufacturers or distribution partners and may require additional processing time.

Order confirmation does not guarantee immediate shipment.

SHIPPING METHODS & CARRIERS

We ship using major carriers including, but not limited to:

• UPS

• FedEx

• USPS

• Freight carriers (for oversized or heavy items)

Carrier selection is determined by shipment size, weight, destination, and supplier fulfillment method.

SHIPPING TIME ESTIMATES

• Shipping time estimates are provided at checkout for reference only.

• Delivery times are not guaranteed.

• Carrier delays, weather events, holidays, supply chain disruptions, or acts beyond our control may impact delivery.

FMS Auto Performance is not responsible for carrier-related delays once an order has shipped.

DROP-SHIPPED & SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS

Many performance products are shipped directly from our suppliers.

• Drop-shipped items may ship separately from other products in your order.

• Orders containing multiple items may arrive in multiple shipments.

• Special order items may have extended lead times and are not eligible for cancellation once placed.

SHIPPING RATES

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, destination, and carrier rates.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of carrier error or company fault.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Orders delayed, returned, or lost due to:

• Incorrect addresses

• Incomplete information

• Failed delivery attempts

may result in additional shipping fees and restocking charges.

DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

• Provide clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label

Claims reported after 48 hours may be denied by the carrier.

If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will assist with filing a claim in accordance with carrier policies.

REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Orders that are refused or returned due to:

• Delivery refusal

• Failed delivery attempts

• Incorrect address

may incur return shipping costs and restocking fees. Refunds will be issued minus incurred expenses.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
