Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from FMS Auto Performance, LLC.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Approved returns are eligible for a refund minus any applicable shipping costs and payment processing fees (including PayPal fees).
Some products may qualify for repair or replacement under the manufacturer’s warranty, at the discretion of the manufacturer.
Return Authorization (RMA Required)
All returns must be approved before being sent back.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for all returns
The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the package
Packages without an RMA will be refused and returned to sender
Non-returnable items include:
Installed or used products
Electrical components
Wheel spacers
COBB Accessport devices
Special order or custom items (including hardware, hoses, fittings, etc.)
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and must be shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).

To be eligible for a return:
Item must be unused and uninstalled
Must be in original packaging
Must include all hardware, accessories, and components
Proof of purchase is required
FMS Auto Performance reserves the right to request photos or additional verification before approving a return.
If returned items are found to be used, installed, or incomplete, we may deny the return or apply additional fees.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Restocking Fees
A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns and canceled orders
Fees may increase up to 100% depending on the condition of the returned item
Items deemed unusable will be returned to the customer with no refund issued
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued after inspection and approval
Please allow 12–14 business days for refunds to process
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, store credit, or company check (determined by FMS)
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:
Notify us within 5 business days of delivery
All damage claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier
Keep all packaging materials for inspection
FMS Auto Performance does not file shipping claims on behalf of customers.
